Board of Directors

The Board of Directors are responsible for financial, legal and strategic management of Cambridge Community Arts.  They meet three times a year.

Karen Ingram
Non-executive Director (Chair)
MIoD (Member of Institute of Directors) with Diploma in Company Direction. In previous post as CEO of EUSA Karen sat on the Board of several profit making private companies. Currently in a Senior Civil Service role she is also an External Trustee on the Trustee Board of Northumbria University Student Union where she provides HR expertise.


Laura Gillett
Non-executive Director

ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). Laura is a qualified accountant with expertise in strategic financial planning for large scale company, financial reporting for small-scale companies and start-ups she also has knowledge of general Company Law.


Jane Rich
Managing Director
MinstF (Full member of Institute of Fundraising). MA Arts Management. Jane has previous experience of running a small private company, management of small charities, fundraising in arts environment, networking and general marketing. She is responsible for day to day management of Cambridge Community Arts and driving its vision.
