What you’ll learn:
Develop your skills and confidence playing an instrument or singing individually and as part of a group. Develop an understanding of composition to create original music. Collaborate, rehearse and perform with other musicians.
How you’ll learn it:
Listen, experiment and compose, rehearse, play and review, as a group in the classroom, supported by individual practice at home. At the end of the year, showcase your work to an invited audience.

You bring: A basic level of playing or singing, your instrument (if you have one)
We provide: Keyboard, percussion, guitars
Day: Mondays, 1:30 – 4:30pm
Venue: Meadows Community Centre, St Catherine’s Road, Cambridge, CB4 3XJ
Tutor: David Mitchell-Jones
A FREE 6 week introductory period followed by a 30 week course, working in Creative & Design Industries Level 2 Certificate, accredited by AIM Awards, in partnership with Cambridge Regional College. Courses run until July 2019. Places may be available for a January start.

We will complete the application paperwork. You will need to bring ID and, if you are claiming a reduced fee, recent evidence that you are in receipt of a benefit.
