Music Production

“I learned how to bring music to life”

A course for musicians interested in developing skills in digital music production. It will introduce you to the key hardware (provided) and accessible software (REAPER) you’ll need to create your own digital music.  Explore different styles of music to broaden your musical understanding and widen your creative choices.  Learn multi-track recording and sampling skills and techniques to write, record, mix and produce your own original work.

Day:  Tuesday, Time:  1:30 – 4:30pm
Venue:  Arbury Community Centre, Campkin Rd, Cambridge, CB4 2LD.
Tutor: David Mitchell-Jones

A FREE 6 week introductory course followed by a 30 week course, leading to a Level 2 Certificate in Skills for the Creative Industries.  Starts 12th September 2017 with a second intake in January 2018 if places are available.

We will complete the application paperwork.  You will need to bring ID and, if you are claiming a reduced fee, recent evidence that you are in receipt of a benefit.

      £40 per term if on means tested benefits + £25 enrolment fee or £450 per term full fees.
