Course content

This is a high energy, dynamic course where you will develop acting techniques and performance skills. You will play with improvisation, physical theatre and story-telling, as well as learning how to connect with your audience. A combination of games, group and pair work will ensure you work well as a group to collaborate and devise original drama pieces to be performed to invited audiences thorughout the year.

Doing the course has meant a lot to me, it’s given me confidence. I’ve got a new friendship group and the teacher was absolutely amazing.
— Jo, Drama

What to bring

Come along in comfortable clothes and shoes that allow you to move freely and easily, and we’ll provide everything else.

Be inspired

We aim to take you to see local and national productions too, such as Mischief Theatre’s ‘The Comedy about a Bank Robbery’ to inspire and inform your work, (bagging free or reduced cost tickets where we can)! If you would like to have the opportunity to create and perform and see theatre shows like this, click the button below and let us know you are interested.
